- Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing an order.
- If the order has already been processed and dispatched:
- A cancellation fee of βΉ250 for car batteries and βΉ450 for inverter batteries/combo will apply.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is canceled by us due to non-availability or other logistical reasons.
π« Non-Cancellable Situations:
- Once a product is delivered, installed, and the warranty card is filled, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No returns/refunds once the product is accepted by the customer post-installation.
π Return/Replacement Scenarios
β Eligible for Replacement:
- Damaged or defective items (must be reported at the time of delivery).
- Incorrect product delivered.
β Not Eligible:
- Misuse, mishandling, or incidental damage.
- Missing packaging/accessories/manuals.
- Product issues not covered by manufacturer warranty.
- Missing original invoice or warranty card.

In such cases, the following cancellation fees apply:

These charges apply only if the product is canceled before delivery/installation.

- Dead on arrival/damaged units not reported at delivery
- Expired products or manufacturing defects (must go to the brand)
- Products with tampered serial numbers
- Any product returned without full original packaging/accessories
- Customer-induced damage or installation error

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations initiated before delivery and under the following conditions:
