🕒 Order Placement & Delivery Timings

• Orders can be placed online 24/7.
• Orders received before 4:00 PM are usually installed the same day (only for car batteries, subject to availability).
• Orders after 4:00 PM may be delivered the same day or the next day.
• For Delhi NCR, same-day delivery is applicable for orders placed before 5:00 PM, subject to mutual confirmation.

🗓️ Special Day Deliveries:

• On Sundays/Holidays, orders placed before 12:00 PM in select cities may be delivered the same day.
• Orders after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
• In a few cities, Sunday/Holiday delivery may not be available.

📦 Delivery begins every day from 10:00 AM onward.
Once an order is placed, our local delivery team will call you to confirm the order and coordinate the delivery time and address.

• Delivery is limited to city limits as defined by local municipal or governing authorities.

🚗 Nearby Areas Delivery Charges:

• If the shipping address is within 10 km radius from any listed city, nominal delivery charges may apply.

• Delivery will proceed only after customer approval; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

🧑‍🔧 Installation Guidelines

• Inverter Battery installation up to 2nd floor (without lift) may incur labor charges of ₹200 – ₹500 (city-specific).
• A working lift is required for installation above 2nd floor for safety and logistics.

Inverter Combo (Battery + Inverter Machine):

• Free installation includes basic connection with main power.
• Does not include extra wiring, switches, sockets, or accessories.
• Additional work will be charged extra and must be approved by the customer.

🕓 Installation is usually done within 24 hours of delivery or as per customer’s availability.
